fight depression, you will find than only your body can be imprisoned -NOT YOUR
MIND.
We teach you how to calm your mind, manage
anger, and a host of other emotions including: paranoia, boredom, loneliness,
fear, abandonment, guilt and low self esteem.
In order to maintain a positive outlook
during your incarceration, you need to remain healthy and strong. Without your
mental health you are useless against physical and emotional torture. Keeping
your body fit will help release serotonin and fight depression. Exercising your
mind will bring you relaxation, self control, and
peacefulness.
You will be taught techniques that have
been demonstrated throughout time to be most effective in keeping a peaceful
mind, spirit and soul during the most dire circumstances.
