     The Prison Workout

During this particular phase of the program you will be mentally and physically challenging. The Prison Workout  is a complete fitness program based on the limitations of equipment, time, and space. Done properly,  it will get you in top shape and prepare your body in case of trouble.  This workout will relax you and release endorphins; your body is the greatest instrument you can possibly have, while living in a stressful environment.

 Conditioning & Techniques:

• Preparing your body for a different environment.
• Learn to stretch and stay strong.
• Learn how to workout without equipment in a confined area.
• How to use your body as a tool for resistance training (Plyometrics).
• Using the facilities' gym equipment properly and effectively.
• Utilizing your cell as personal gym space.
• Cardiovascular training and conditioning.
• Self-discipline and endurance training.
• Self-defense & preservation.
